General Description

At CI&T, we are rapidly expanding and looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards in Datadog, assisting in creating insights to optimize usage and costs, and supporting the team in adopting best practices for cost reduction.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards in Datadog.

Assist in the creation of insights that help optimize usage and costs.

Collaborate with the team to generate reports for forecasting.

Support the adoption of best practices for cost reduction.

Document data workflows, processes, and architectures.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Datadog-related issues.

Requirements for this challenge:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience in a data analyst or similar role.

Proficiency in building dashboards in Datadog.

Basic understanding of FinOps principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail in tagging and labeling for effective tracking and reporting.

Advanced English.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with international clients.

Familiarity with other cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or OCI.

Certifications in Datadog or related areas.

Experience with financial analysis and cost optimization.
