Sr Logistics Analyst – Sorocaba

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Management, supervise and coordinate all logistical activities in the solar energy sector, ensuring efficiency and compliance with local regulations.
• Supply Chain Optimization, collaborate with internal teams to optimize the supply chain, minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.
• Local Transport, coordinate the transport of materials and equipment within the region, ensuring that deadlines are met and that costs are controlled.
• Inventory Management, monitor stock levels, ensuring products are available when needed, without excess stock.
• Customs Procedures, ensure that all customs procedures are properly handled for the import and export of products related to solar energy.
• Supplier Assessment, evaluate and select logistics suppliers, ensuring that they meet quality and cost standards.
• Reporting and Analysis, prepare regular reports on logistics performance metrics and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance, stay up to date on relevant local and international regulations and ensure the company is compliant.
• Booking all shipments/inventory as per allocation and coordination with FF and logistics coordinator & update in Matrix factors.
• Advance Excel competency is a must.
• Ad hoc activities upon request.

Background And Skill

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-6 years of experience in the import process/logistics/freight forwarding industry.
• Familiar with international trade terms and processes.
• Intermediate to advance excel skills
• Working flexibility as per different time zone
• Fluent English
