Overview:

We are looking for an experienced QA Standards & Frameworks professional to join the Enterprise Architecture team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. The QA Standards & Frameworks Lead will be responsible for documenting, managing, implementing, and institutionalizing the various Quality Engineering Standards and Framework activities throughout Business Technology. He would be required to partner closely with various cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and lead both global and local projects. Responsible for development and deployment of standardized best practice & methodologies along with management, co-ordination, and completion of quality initiatives by performing a variety of tasks that include setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and summarizing results. Their role reports to the QA COE Lead in the Enterprise Architecture organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for leading Quality Assurance process improvements for medium through innovative process (re)-designs and optimization. Implements the direction for process transformation, integrating quality improvement as a core organizational principle.
  • Act as a bridge between leadership and various Quality Engineers, leveraging their expertise to guide company-wide technical quality initiatives. Influencing beyond departmental boundaries, shaping site QA standards through collaborative partnerships
  • Implement the Living Quality & Excellence culture by enabling employees to own quality and following established Quality Standards
  • Extensive experience in defining and implementing best practices to improve quality engineering workflows; Responsible for development and communication of global QA standards for all functions including Agile/DevOps Develops and maintains QA test frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of agile practices and experience with agile planning tools.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in creating, analyzing, and publishing quality metrics and measuring across teams to communicate release quality and deliver status updates.
  • Demonstrated experience in functional, end to end and regression testing, experience designing and implementing test plans, utilizing test automation frameworks and act as test solution partner with teams outside Enterprise Architecture
  • Collaborate in overall automation effort, influencing the direction, effort, schedule, and prioritization.
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating and leading test activities for software applications products and Microservices/API etc.
  • Provide daily mentorship, guidance and coaching for quality engineers on how to work effectively and efficiently with their project teams and training new resources for new tools and systems
  • Document and analyze test results and recommend corrective action.
  • Coordinate with other technical professionals – such as integration engineers, cloud engineers, security engineers, data engineers, and compliance officials – to ensure that all patterns adhere to Bunge’s Enterprise Architecture & Quality principles.
  • Work closely with development teams to integrate cloud automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes.
  • Global impact across all Bunge Software QA functions
  • Develops and maintains QA standards for all Bunge software applications
  • Responsible for QA of all Agile/DevOps projects
  • Conducts QA reviews for all major Bunge projects
  • Coordinates QA automation scripts and tools that improve QA efficiency
  • Identifies and resolves technical QA issues that could impact Bunge’s reputation or bottom line
  • Tracks and reports on QA metrics that provide insights into QA performance
  • Maintains QA knowledge base and documentation that is used by all Bunge QA professionals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, computer science degree preferred.
  • 8+ years in Technology and Quality Engineering with 6+ years of experience in leading Q&E improvement, automation design & transformation projects in complex organizations
  • Proficient in English to confidently participate in technical discussions and deliver effective presentations
  • A second language, Spanish and/or Portuguese are considered a plus
  • Experience with Automation Tools like such as Selenium, Junit, Cucumber, Postman, Selenium, TOSCA or similar would be great
  • Candidate should have good functional knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution, Material Management and Logistics modules
  • Should have sound knowledge of changes between SAP ECC and S/4 HANA
  • Extensive experience in establishing Quality Standards, policies, and processes with record of accomplishment of leading initiatives from concept stages to completion in complex multi-dimensional work environment.
  • Experienced in developing quality strategies and plans and can ensure and drive total quality / first time quality in every phase of program execution; Utilizes lean and proactive quality tools to drive quality improvements
  • Excellent knowledge of software testing methods and automation technologies, experienced in using them. A subject matter expert for testing types and techniques who takes ownership and ensures quality project wide
  • Technical knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft and Google GPC and Integration Platforms is great add on
  • Self-Starter who is detail oriented, well organized, and able to self-prioritize complex tasks within a dynamic and demanding environment
