About the Team
Join our dynamic marketing team based in Soo Paulo, Brazil, where creativity meets strategic thinking. Our team is composed of passionate professionals dedicated to driving brand awareness, generating leads, and creating impactful marketing campaigns. We foster a collaborative environment that values innovation, diversity, and the unique perspectives each team member brings.

Responsibilities
– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the Brazilian market.
– Work with Regional and Global Media and Marketing leads to creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events.
– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
– Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI.
– Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and refine strategies.
– Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
– Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging marketing trends to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
– Marketing experience, preferably within a similar industry.
– Strong understanding of the Brazilian and LATAM market, and consumer behavior.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
– Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
– Leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience working in a multinational company.
Extensive knowledge of paid media marketing, including traditional, digital advertising and social media advertising.
Proven experience with major paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant paid media certifications.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
Experience in programmatic advertising and media buying.
Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
Creativity and an innovative mindset to bring fresh ideas to the table.
