• Liderar as equipes de controle de qualidade;
• Agendar e acompanhar serviços terceirizados dentro dos nossos apartamentos;
• Monitorar atividades relacionadas à manutenção e limpeza das unidades.

HABILIDADES REQUISITADAS

• • Formação preferencialmente em engenharia de produção;
  • Boa comunicação, habilidade de negociação e disponibilidade;
  • Experiência prévia em contratação de serviços e acompanhamento de equipes operacionais e de manutenção.
