Your New Role
The Senior Brand Manager for Kids & Animation Team will be focused on developing and executing strategic marketing plans for our Kids & Animation brands, for brazilian original productions & key regional content.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Oversee the brand strategy & plans of K&A brands & content across
- platforms in alignment with programming and GTM teams.
- Lead marketing strategies for local original productions that resonate with Brazilian audiences and regionally (if applicable)
- Work closely with go-to-market teams to implement marketing strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Work with cross-functional teams (internal & external) fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Be a strategic partner with other company verticals to align opportunity for K&A assets (e.g. Gaming, CCXP, Distribution, Partners).
- Ensure consistent and correct usage of the brands across all platforms and initiatives. Ensure all marketing efforts are culturally relevant and aligned with the brand’s core values.
- Be an ambassador of the ambidextrous approach building our brands as multiplatform, assure the right messaging and tone across touchpoints.
- Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the implemented initiatives and campaigns.
- Lead Marketing Budget for Brazil, aligning with regional team to optimize resources.
- Be an Inspiring People Manager that drives team engagement and performance through clear communication and goal-setting.
- Stay updated on competitive activities and consumer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Fluent
- English Fluency
- Experience in brand management within the entertainment or kids’ media industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and KPI tracking.
