About the position:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the company’s communication, ensuring efficiency and high quality of delivery in all its related areas and products, through the understanding, planning, development and delivery of results aimed at revenue growth, retention, engagement, recovery of players (revival), besides ensuring the reputation and public image of all initiatives taken to the public.

Responsibilities:

  • Directing the communication area through leadership, coaching and support for the development of Marketing, Communication, Anti-hack, Design, Community and Projects disciplines;
  • Ensuring the organization’s reputation in the eyes of the public by analyzing and recommending best communication practices;
  • Contributing the strategic planning of communication targeting all its fronts, from the conception to the implementation of campaigns, reaching the results/objectives outlined with a focus on the development of the business;
  • Being the main point of contact with the headquarters and other international communication areas/offices, as well as related areas, aiming at a global alignment of initiatives, campaigns and image, and product crisis management;
  • Ensuring the best ROI in all communication initiatives and campaigns, aiming at the well-being and healthy growth of the operation;
  • Managing communication plans and local marketing actions with different focuses such as: revenue generation, retention, engagement and recovery (revival) of players according to the goals established for each project.
  • Taking part in the development of the entire communication and marketing plan for new products that allow the company to preserve its good reputation and market competitiveness, through the analysis and definition of its trends and opportunities;
  • Assisting in the professional and interpersonal development of the communication team, through feedback, design of objectives and support for the achievement of established goals;
  • Ensuring that all disciplines in the area of communication are integrated and working in unison, in order to build a brand and a unique communication between all fronts of our products;
  • Critical sense and quick decision-making during image and reputation crises;
  • Managing and making the forecast of the financial operation (budget) of the communication area and its disciplines.

Main job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or Social Communication, Journalism, Marketing and International Relations. MBA or equivalent desirable;
  • 10 years of experience in communication (in-house and agency), with extensive experience in crisis management and image. Previous experience with the domestic and international market of electronic games is a plus;
  • Extensive knowledge of the communication market, revenue management and trends;
  • Good relationship and networking with the major players in the domestic and international gaming market.
  • Knowledge and networking in related areas of technology are desirable.
  • Availability to travel and flexible working hours
  • Full professional competency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus;
  • Passionate about the gaming universe;
  • Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP.
