Your Missions

Receive and verify the data on invoices (recipient, amounts, issue date, and due dates) for all companies in the group.

Request correction letters from suppliers for any errors in the invoices.

Control and file all documentation related to the Tax Department.

Organize the archived files of the Tax Department.

Enter invoices into the system.

Provide assistance to client departments regarding invoice copies, scanning, and document sorting.

Issue the Tax Books for all companies in the group.

Arrange the invoices in the order of the incoming book for all companies in the group.

Separate information and documents to meet the needs of inspections/audits when necessary.

Enter incoming invoices, services, and others from Ceva Campinas and Ceva Paulínia into the JDE system, providing a copy to the Finance Department.

Your Profile

Higher education in progress or completed in Administration or Accounting.

Knowledge in administrative activities.

Basic knowledge of tax calculation.
