What You Will Do

The Financial Analyst will build partnerships with stakeholders across PPV categories and collaborate with regional finance teams to support Supply Chain and Franchise initiatives. They will provide financial guidance to the North American Sourcing Team, ensuring alignment with the Global Source Organization. Key responsibilities include driving transparency in financial metrics like PPV and supporting procurement with annual Business Planning and budget creation. A process and innovation mindset is essential for enhancing Source Finance processes

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Business Partner – Collaborate with procurement to assess and drive cost improvement initiatives and support purchase price variance (PPV) management. Identify financial impacts and opportunities across sourcing categories.
• Financial Analytics – Conduct financial and procurement analyses related to commodity inflation, cost improvements, and category strategies to drive decision-making.
• Budgeting and Forecasting – Contribute to business planning, quarterly updates, and yearly financial activities like cost setting, delivering insights to key stakeholders.
• Compliance and Controls – Ensure adherence to SOX, WWP, and internal policies. Assist in improving financial controls and enhancing the procurement process.
• Process Improvement – Support efforts to simplify processes, reduce complexity, and increase transparency within procurement finance.
• Reporting – Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and financial insights for both mid-level and senior stakeholders, focusing on supplier costs and savings.

Required Qualifications

• Education – A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or related fields.
• Skills –
• Strong analytical abilities, including the ability to interpret and model financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Interest in Finance, Supply Chain or Procurement.
• Strong team collaboration Skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Language – Advanced/Fluent English.

Desired Qualifications-

• Previous experience working with global sourcing teams or finance business partnering.
• Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP and BI tools.
• Understanding of procurement processes and spend analysis.
• The ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
• A process and innovation mindset with interest in automation and process improvement.
• Financial modeling and forecasting expertise.
