Job Description

  • Sales Manager dedicated to regional customers (retail and specialized in AC);
  • Ensuring compliance with the sales target, maximizing revenue and profit for each customer, in accordance with the sales strategy;
  • Relationship/interaction with all areas that interact with the customer: Finance, Logistics, Sales Management, Legal, etc;
  • Forecast Sell-in and Sell-out;
  • Risk management of each account, anticipating possible problems;
  • Ability to manage different demands at the same time, demonstrating good judgment in defining priorities;

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Sell-in and Sell-out sales management;
  • Management and control of investments;
  • Understanding the market, competition and channel;
  • Regular visits to the field to monitor the execution and implementation of plans and activities in Physical Stores;
  • Implementation of strategic and tactical plans;
  • Execution of the main sales tools with excellence;

Requirements

  • University degree (completed), preferably in courses related to the Business area;
  • Experience in Sales in any segment, with good commercial understanding and solid analytical skills;
  • High level of computer knowledge (Excel and Power Point) and proven organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Interpersonal and commercial skills (ability to mobilize people, ease of working in a team);
  • Languages: English (mandatory);
  • High availability to travel
