Sales Administration Auxiliar – Osasco

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting customers using CRM (Salesforce) and New Voice Media.
• Receiving and routing general emails to the appropriate personnel.
• Creating customers in SAP, along with verifying necessary documentation according to internal standards.
• Issuing warranty, repair, and return authorizations.
• Collaborating with other sales, transportation, service, and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Supporting Customer Service team colleagues as needed to ensure the team achieves annual goals.
• Adhering to internal policies and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate Possesses These Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field.
• CRM knowledge and intermediate English are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
