We are looking for an Talent Acquisition Junior to help work in the Hiring Team Brazil.

Your responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer branding, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive full cycle recruitment process for Operations Team;
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile;
• Drive the recruitment process from start to finish in close collaboration with key stakeholders;
• Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
• Advanced English
