Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst at WÜRTH IT BRASIL. The role will be located in Cotia, SP, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a PAM Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and continual enhancement of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution, playing a critical role in protecting sensitive information and enforcing our global security standards. Drawing on your cybersecurity expertise and hands-on experience with PAM tools, you will be responsible to secure privileged access, mitigate security risks, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role will involve close collaboration with a team of security professionals to build and maintain a resilient PAM infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain PAM solutions.
• Incident, problem, change and compliance support for the PAM environment
• Manage and monitor privileged accounts and access controls.
• Automation and efficiency improvement to simplify the PAM operation tasks
• Supporting security assessments and risk mitigation.
• Environment documentation and reporting.
• Collaboration with stakeholders, IT and security teams to ensure the PAM integration.

Qualifications

• Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT security, specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies. Hands-on experience with industry-leading PAM solutions, such as CyberArk including implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of PAM principles, methodologies, and technologies, including password management, session control, and privilege escalation.
• Understanding of IAM, Security and Network Standards: Familiarity with IAM principles, authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, LDAP, OAuth), security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and Network standards (e.g., ISO/OSI, TCP/IP)
• Operating Systems and Cloud Basics: Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud services (e.g. Azure/ AWS/ Google) to support PAM integration across diverse environments.
• Scripting and Automation Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to create automated workflows and streamline processes.
• Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues across our global network and multidisciplinary teams.
