The Challenge

At Griaule, you will be responsible for all aspects related to our products, from gathering and prioritizing customer requirements to defining the product vision. You will work closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.

You will collaborate directly with development teams, business units, and our clients, developing presentations, demos, and training sessions, while interacting with cutting-edge technologies that impact the lives of millions of people worldwide. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as strong analytical and planning abilities!

Key Responsibilities

• Developing a clear and compelling product vision, aligned with Griaule’s overall strategy and goals
• Performing competitive analysis and monitoring industry trends and customer needs to strategically position our products in the market
• Leading the complete product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and managing its continuous evolution
• Ensuring that products meet the required quality, safety and performance standards
• Performing presentations and trainings to customers
• Backlog management and prioritization

Required Qualifications

• Engineering, computer science or related degree
• Experience in product-related roles
• Advanced English proficiency
• Availability to work in Campinas
• Availability for business travel

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with software products
• Experience in design, with practical skills in Adobe stack, Figma, and/or Canva
• Relationship management with senior leadership of public sector clients
• Experience in software product marketing
