We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in South America Region. WHAT WE OFFER: Strategic Impact: Lead sales efforts in key South America market. ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Sales Manager , you will: Drive market expansion for industrial robots and automation solutions in South America Region (key countries: Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina), and develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify client needs in industries such as new energy vehicles (NEV), metal processing, and mining equipment manufacturing , promoting industrial robots and peripheral equipment. Maintain long-term partnerships with local distributors, agents, and end clients , ensuring annual sales and payment collection goals are met. Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions, supporting bidding, contract negotiations, and project implementation and collaborate with headquarters to enhance localized services improving customer satisfaction and repeat orders. Submit regular South America market analysis reports to guide HQ on product iteration and strategic planning. CANDIDATE PROFILE: We are looking for someone with: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Marketing , or related fields. Experience: Minimum 5 years in overseas sales of industrial robots, automation equipment, or high-end manufacturing. Language: Fluent in English, Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Latin America’s manufacturing landscape. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel are essential, and Strong independent market research and customer needs analysis skills. Why Join Us?
