We need someone with a knack for spotting market opportunities, using expertise from consulting or similar industries, though you won’t be the one closing the deals once interest is sparked.
Role And Responsibilities
- Prospect Research: Dig into LinkedIn and other platforms to uncover job postings signaling a need for recruitment services
- Lead Transition: Pass interested prospects—think HR heads, hiring managers, or top execs—to our Canadian crew for follow-up discussions and final deals
- Database Management: Track outreach efforts, responses, and key details meticulously for a smooth handover to the Canada team
- Initiate Outreach: Engage prospects with emails or messages to assess their hiring demands and gauge interest
Requirements
- Relevant Background: A history in consulting or a similar field, with a sharp ability to pinpoint business gaps and offer solutions
- English Proficiency: Top-notch written English skills to craft persuasive emails and messages
- Independence: Thrive independently while hitting lead generation goals in a dynamic, fast-moving setting
- Tech Savvy: Bonus points for experience with CRM systems or lead-tracking software
- Education: Must have a Bachelor’s degree
