Titulo da vaga: Analista Adm de Pessoal – Barueri
- Trabalhará com um grande volume de dados e calendários acordados com o cliente. Precisa estar preparado para o desafio e trabalhar bem sob pressão, comum na rotina de prestação de serviços ao cliente final (Outsourcing, negócios contábeis).
- Será responsável pelo Fechamento da folha de pagamento, processo de entrega do arquivo contábil ao cliente e conciliação de valores, geração e validação de reports legais mensais e Anuais (SEFIP, DARF, DCTFweb, DIRF, Informe de Rendimentos), validação e conciliação dos valores de provisão de férias e 13º salário. O candidato deve ter conhecimento em todos estes processamentos no SAP HR
Requisitos
- Conhecimento e experiência mínima de 6 anos em todas as rotinas de departamento de pessoal como férias, rescisão, folha de pagamento, contabilidade, processo de provisionamento (13º salário e férias), processo de validação e elaboração de relatórios legais mensais e anuais, guias para pagamento.
- Experiência e conhecimento no sistema SAP HR – mínimo 2 anos de experiência atuando como usuário nesta ferramenta – mandatório para a posição.
- Conhecimento e experiência de trabalho com relatórios de final de ano como DIRF / Relatório de imposto de renda (Informe de Rendimentos).
- Conhecimento e experiência no aplicativo federal eSocial / DCTFweb e aplicativo SEFIP.
- Conhecimento e experiência em relação às rotinas de validação de folha de pagamento (mínimo 5 anos)
- Conhecimento e experiência em relação às rotinas de conciliação contábil e provisões contábeis (férias e 13º salário)
- Conhecimento e experiência na área empresarial de Outsourcing ou Contabilidade é um importante diferencial (prestador de serviços).
- Experiência em metodologias de validação como documentos padrão, instruções de trabalho, check-list, documentos de auditoria, métricas de SLA (acordo de nível de serviço).
- Experiência para trabalhar com um grande volume de dados, processamento
- Experiência para trabalhar com “retificações” de relatórios legais.
- Experiência no sistema SAP HR com o processo “Retrocalculo”
