The position directs the development of strategic and tactical relationships with current franchisee groups and helps to expand or manage the franchisee relationship. Drives processes and transition planning related to remodels, exiting franchisees or locations. Analyzes potential growth strategies in complementary markets to ensure the development of a strong pipeline of new locations and/or remodel projects through direct and indirect customer contact. Works with internal partners (market planning, system imaging and design teams) to implement business development initiatives.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Responsible for expanding or managing the franchisee relationship
- Responsible for analyzing potential growth strategies in complementary markets to ensure the development of a strong pipeline
- Responsible for finding solutions for existing franchisees to expand or develop the brand
- Responsible for developing strategic plans and proposals for business expansion activities
- Supporting delivery of world class operations and excellence at the Franchisees
- Optimizing franchise business performance that drives long term growth, and franchise business value
- Supporting operations with relevant tools and tactics to increase sales, improve profitability and maintain high operational standards
- Works with internal partners (marketing, finance and operations) to implement business initiatives that drive business growth
Qualifications
We are looking for fluent Portuguese, Spanish & English speaking candidates with strong analytical skills, candidates that know how to manage a P&L and are used to work under strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or Finance;
- Master’s, MBA or Executive MBA is a plus
- Experience in Marketing/Finance Consultancy (4-6 years)
- Experience evaluating projects for company areas such as finance and operations
- Outstanding analytical skills and able to work under pressure
- Previous experience in the QSR market is a plus
- Fluent English & Spanish is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of business development activities
- Skilled in interacting effectively under difficult circumstances and tight deadlines
- Ability to provide coaching, advice, and assistance as required, helping subordinates overcome obstacles and deal with problems; ability to effectively work with the C-suite and line management
