Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for an Administrative Process Assistant (Mid-Level) to join our Billing team, contributing to the analysis, organization, and execution of administrative processes. We seek someone proactive, detail-oriented, and with strong critical analysis skills to ensure efficiency and accuracy in billing-related activities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the billing process using Salesforce and Sansys systems.
  • Critically analyze billing data to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and KPIs using basic Excel skills, including working with macros.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in administrative processes and propose optimization solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and internal billing policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth administrative workflows.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Previous experience in administrative processes, preferably in the billing area.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Sansys systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with basic knowledge and the ability to work with macros.
  • Analytical mindset with strong critical data analysis skills.
  • Proactive and organized, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
