Job Overview

At Schenker International we are looking for an Assistente de Faturamento de Importação e Exportação based in São José dos Campos professional to assist with operational and billing processes, which contribute to the compliance and execution of specific logistics chain security criteria and/or customs compliance.

What will be your challenges?

• Perform document analysis;
• Data control and management.
• Control of amounts to be invoiced;
• Monitoring of the billing process in the various systems
• Issue national and international invoices.

What you need to succeed?

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, finance, commerce or similar.
• Previous experience in administrative/ finance roles
• 1 year of experience in administrative and/or billing areas IS A PLUS
• Advanced English skills.
• Desirable Knowledge in logistics and routes
• Teamwork: Be a team with the same objective and win together
• Integrity: do what you say, be honest and play fair
• Customer focus: taking customers further and challenging boundaries.
• Oriented to details
