About the Team
The Customer Experience (CX) team plays a strategic role in delivering outstanding service and driving data-informed improvements that put our users at the center of every decision.
As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will support data analysis initiatives that help the business understand user behavior, monitor service quality, and identify key improvement opportunities. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about analytics and eager to learn how data can influence strategy and customer satisfaction across a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Support the analysis of datasets to identify patterns and provide actionable insights for the CX team.
- Assist in building dashboards, visualizations, and recurring reports for monitoring customer-centric KPIs.
- Help organize and interpret data related to customer experience, operational efficiency, and user feedback.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with team members and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and help translate business challenges into data tasks.
- Participate in team discussions and help prepare insights to guide strategic decisions.
Automation & Reporting
- Contribute to the development of automations to streamline recurring tasks and reporting routines.
- Help maintain and improve existing data workflows and documentation.
Learning & Growth
- Gain exposure to advanced analytical tools such as SQL and Python.
- Learn how to communicate data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and mentorship opportunities within the CX and Analytics teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in data analysis, customer experience, and business strategy.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and SQL (Python is a plus).
- Analytical mindset and curiosity for solving problems using data.
- Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn from a multidisciplinary team.
- Advanced English is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
