Deliver customer-focused solutions based on customer needs
CRM software experience preferred
Experience working directly with B2B is a plus
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong business relationship within the Pharma Industry
Own business and technical customer relationships
Understand and translate customer priorities to desired results
Collaboration with multi-departments (Marketing, Finance, IT, Leadership)
Exceed existing client expectations through a proactive approach
Seeks customer feedback to ensure satisfaction
Engage with business and technical decision-makers to drive satisfaction
Oversee the execution of implementation projects for multiple accounts to ensure excellence
