Description
The Customer Support & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for communicating and supporting the Business Development Managers, our Montreal Office and our customers on after-sales activities.

Responsibilities
He is also responsible for ensuring the proper communication between our shipment department and the partners – brokers and carriers – selected by us or our customers – assuring the correct deliver of orders and guaranteeing all information is up to date and correct, avoiding issues with customs and other processes involved in the transportation of goods. The Operations Assistant supports the members of other teams – sales and shipment – by performing the following tasks:

- Orders Management.
- Logistics and Importation Coordination.
- Marketing and Events Support.
- General Administration Support.
- Communication between customers and OPAL-RT Montreal.

¯Requirements
- Education & Training : Graduated in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Marketing, or related fields ; Specialized courses or certifications in logistics, customer service, or project management are a plus.
- Technical Skills : Familiarity with ERP systems ; basic understanding of logistics and importation processes; skills in event planning and organization; proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an asset.
- Language skills : Fluent Portuguese and English are required ; basic Spanish is an asset
- Soft skills : Strong communication and customer service abilities; ability to work collaboratively across different departments; proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously; adaptable to working in a remote or hybrid environment; highly organized with strong time management skills; problem-solving mindset
Additional Requirements
- Availability to occasionally travel for events or team meetings.
- Experience in working with international teams or multinational companies is a plus.
- Familiarity with import/export documentation (e.g., invoices, customs clearance) is highly desirable.
