Titulo da vaga: Digital Marketing Director – São Paulo
Our client, a global benefits solutions provider, is currently undergoing a digital transformation.
Reporting to the Global Digital Marketing Vice President, the Digital Marketing Director LATAM will be responsible for effectively deploying both global and local initiatives. This role will ensure alignment with the global vision, by this means accelerating the business transformation.
Among the main challenges and responsibilities for the role are:
- Enhancing demand generation, conversion, retention, and engagement of key stakeholders.
- Implementing Global Digital Marketing guidelines in the LATAM context, managing the delivery of plans through the direct team and external partners, and diligently overseeing the related budget.
- Contributing to adapt Global Digital Marketing priorities to the business context in LATAM, translating these priorities into a plan, owning the execution (using global tools and methodologies), and being accountable for its business outcomes.
- Managing the design of the annual operational plan, managing activities across all digital channels (SEO, social media, paid media, email, in-app, mobile push, web/app including personalization etc.) and coordinating its execution.
- Collaborating with local product marketing to build, execute, and adjust (when necessary) the local annual campaign plan, advising local teams on the possibilities offered through digital channels and their best combined usage.
- Supervising the operational management of digital platforms/tools used to attract, capture, convert, grow, retain, and recapture all stakeholders.
- Monitoring and reporting performance/main KPIs, assessing results against targets.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer care) to enhance users experiences throughout their journeys and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Managing the LATAM Digital Marketing team.
- Contributing to the global digital marketing community by sharing learnings, trends, and insights.
Requirements for the role:
- Strong experience in Digital Marketing in B2B and B2B2C environments.
- Strong experience in teams management and development.
- Native proficiency in Portuguese, advanced proficiency in English, and in Spanish.
- Experience in global companies, working on LATAM settings.
- Strong hands-on approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
