DIRETOR ESCOLA INTERNACIONAL – São Paulo

DIRECTOR FOR INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL – K12 – WORKPLACE: ASIA

We are looking for candidates for the above position, who are willing to move to Asia, the country is still confidential, but these are small to medium sized countries and outside conflict zones.The school’s core business is Kindgarten up to 12 years old, which may extend until high school.

The school’s official language is English.

It is a traditional school in need of growth and innovation. It has 1,250 students, 11% of whom are foreigners, and a team of 192 people, including 76 teachers: 28 foreigners and 48 locals. The rest of the staff belong to administration, maintenance and security.

This professional will have broad powers, without the need for a power of attorney, but approved by the general assembly, and will be responsible for determining direction, materials and pedagogical inputs, as well as the entire general administration of the school.

It is expected that the professional comes from a background in the educational area, but other training related to administration and business plan management may be considered. 10 years of experience in school management and administration preferred. MBA desirable.

The Skills for this position are: Excellence in communication, focus on teamwork, implementing and managing a career plan that prepares replacements for various positions, transparency, ability to carry out measurements and generate reports, systemic vision, dynamism, ease in understanding laws of the country and interacting with official bodies, negotiation skills.

Salary (negotiable): U$13,700/month
