This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Sao Paulo office. This is dependent on role and aligns with in-country smart working policy.

What The Day Will Look Like

• Develop a business plan and value proposition for the industry.
• Innovate and scale existing products and services in collaboration with broking, consulting, M&A, and ESG Solutions teams.
• Support client teams in generating pipeline, considering the regional vocation of the industry and relevant products.
• Engage with the industry environment and its centers of influence, such as associations and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate and participate in events, both proprietary and third-party, and produce original content or adapt international content for internal or external dissemination.
• Provide consultative support to client and sales teams in new business or retention efforts, thereby improving revenue, margin, and satisfaction indices.
• Build and maintain connections with local, regional, and global colleagues to share standard methodologies and knowledge.
• Experience in the risk consulting market and insurance brokerage, specifically working within industry verticals such as Life Sciences, Chemicals, Consumer Goods, or Retail.
