What we are looking for?:
A leading international company in the packaging industry is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand market presence. This individual will have a strong background in the corrugated or print industries, with technical knowledge of machinery, strapping systems, and replacement parts. The position requires an adept professional to manage current clients while primarily focusing on developing new business accounts across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the company’s client base, with a strong focus on prospecting and securing new accounts in key sectors
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Conduct client visits and technical presentations to promote company products, including machinery, strapping systems, and other replacement parts.
• Leverage knowledge of Rotary Die Cutters and other industry-specific machinery to provide technical advice and align solutions with client needs.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance the company’s positioning within the corrugated and print sectors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to track progress against sales targets.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales management within the corrugated or print industry, with a proven track record of generating new business.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of machinery (e.g., Rotary Die Cutters) and technical aspects of strapping systems and parts.
• Languages: Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required. The candidate will need to travel nationally and to the US as well
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a competitive market.
