HR Manager – Brazil & Argentina

HR Manager – Brazil & Argentina

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager supporting Brazil & Argentina, located at our Jundiai, Brazil facility. This is a critical “hands on” role responsible for partnering with the business in the execution of HR policies, practices and tools, acting as a point of contact for people topics, and executing people processes along the employee lifecycle in alignment with Oerlikon Center of Excellence.

Position: Human Resources Manager Brazil & Argentina

Location: Onsite – Jundiaí, Brazil

This role will manage the day-to-day HR activities of manufacturing plants in Brazil and Argentina, and HR initiatives including: HRIS systems, employee relations, performance management, recruiting/staffing, management coaching, implementation of critical corporate initiatives in support of integrations, sharing of best practices, general compliances and continuous improvement.

• Payroll and benefits
• Training and development
• Compensation reviews
• Organizational climate
• Recruitment and selection
• LGPD General Personal Data Protection Law
• Corporate / employee events
• Compliance and Audits on certification standards

Your Profile

• Degree in Administration, Psychology or Human Resources Management.
• Postgraduate degree in a related area (desirable).
• 5+ years of Human Resources – experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Must be “data driven” with experience in using data to drive business decision making.
• Strong proficiency working with HR databases and systems.
• Strong ethical, customer service and collaborative work style.
• Language:
• Portuguese – required
• Fluent English – required
• Fluent Spanish – desirable
• Travel: 10-15%
