You’ll have the chance to shape your career through continuous learning, development, and the support of talented peers.About the roleThe HRBP role drives the people agenda in Brazil by enabling organizational efficiency and fostering a high-performance culture to support business growth.This role is responsible for creating and delivering a multi-year talent plan for the site, driving key people-related projects that enable breakthrough business performance and contribute to the business’ overall success.Partners with the leadership team to build a high-performance, people-focused culture that drives business results.Ensures the talent and people strategy is championed and effectively executed by leadership and line managers.Supports Diageo initiatives related to resourcing: attraction, hiring, onboarding, development, and retention.Drives engagement planning and execution, focusing on building a growth culture, a diverse and inclusive environment, and a great place to work.Anticipates and addresses gaps between business needs and people capabilities, driving appropriate actions.Facilitates succession planning, with a focus on diversity and developmental plans for high-performing, high-potential talent.Supports organizational design, change management, and other interventions to drive efficiency.Maximizes the impact of reward strategies.Acts as a strong coach to leaders and line managers.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree.Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources; HRBP experience is a strong plus.Proven track record in HR management, organizational and leadership development, culture building, and talent management.Strong commercial insight and cross-functional experience.Experience in change and project management.Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Able to build and maintain trusting relationships.Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior leaders.Strong coaching and relationship-building skills; recognized as a valued coach and peer.Broad understanding of how Talent, Reward, and Organizational Effectiveness are interconnected.Fluency in English is mandatory.Flexible Working Statement:Flexibility is key to our success.
