The HR Operations Coordinator will have a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes, with a focus on benefits administration, payroll support, data management, and invoice reconciliation. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with finance, vendors, and internal HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Reconciliation: Conduct weekly or monthly invoice reviews, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with Finance on PO funding as needed.
- Integration Error Coordination: Monitor vendor integration error logs and follow up on resolutions (without direct system fixes).
- Help Desk Support: Respond to HRBP and employee inquiries regarding benefits, primarily directing them to vendors for assistance.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records for new hires, terminations, and life events, ensuring consistency across multiple systems and generating reports as needed.
- Payroll Processing: Serve as a backup to the Payroll Lead, assisting with payroll approval, submission, and ADP Workforce Now/Workforce Central processes.
- Reporting Support: Act as the primary contact for creating custom reports in ADP and providing standard reports upon request.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now and Workforce Central preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of and Fluency in English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
