In this role you’ll lead sales and manage existing customer portfolio; hunting for new opportunities, in addition to identify new business and execute action plan accordingly.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead proactive reactive and projects thru hunting.
  • Generate new business opportunities in white space clients/segments or untapped distributor market.
  • Bring market insights from startups, new segments and connect with our strategy.
  • Generate innovation and different business models considering standard portfolio avoiding complexity.
  • Develop a strong and trust customer relationship with different areas, including technical, purchasing, and marketing.
  • Build and manage sales budget, monitor sales and profitability versus objectives.

You Bring

  • Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing Food Engineer; Chemical Engineer);
  • Experience in customer management, with focus on ingredients or flavors.
  • Internal/Digital Sales and interaction experience in flavor/ingredient market.
  • Fluent English.
