We are looking for a Junior CRM Analyst to join the Marketing team at MSC Cruises Brazil! The role focuses on organizing and executing email marketing campaigns targeted at B2B and B2C audiences, including communications such as promotions, institutional content, training, and general information. Responsibilities include translating and adapting content provided by the headquarters, creating copy for local promotions, and suggesting creative strategies to boost audience engagement. This position reports directly to the CRM Supervisor and will work closely with the CRM team at headquarters.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Execute and manage the strategic email calendar targeted at different stakeholders.
• Implement planned actions using CRM tools, ensuring execution aligns with the schedule.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, and communication strategies for improved results.
• Create promotional materials, including sales texts and training invitations, aligned with the brand’s identity.
• Collaborate with related areas, such as Customer Service and Sales, to align communications sent.
• Develop strategies to increase engagement and boost sales.
• Negotiate additional email sends and segmented campaigns with stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and identify insights to add value to campaigns.
• Analyze campaign results and create reports for tracking and decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Advanced English.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail in written communication.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and develop reports.
• Proactivity, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
IT WILL BE A PLUS IF:
• Interest or knowledge in the travel and tourism sector.
• Experience with Adobe Marketo.
• Experience with marketing automation and email marketing tools.
