We are looking for a Junior Customer Success & Account Specialist to join our growing team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role will focus on one of our major clients, serving as their dedicated resource for customer success, issue resolution, account health monitoring, and continuous performance optimization. The selected candidate will work closely with our local sales team and international professional services to ensure seamless client experience and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary customer success contact for one of MOVEO AI’s key clients in Brazil, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular account health checks, proactively identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the local sales team and international professional services team to coordinate solutions, resolve issues, and optimize performance.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data, usage trends, and feedback to provide actionable insights.
  • Provide training and onboarding support to ensure smooth adoption of MOVEO AI’s solutions by client teams.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the client’s business needs, offering recommendations on how they can leverage MOVEO AI’s technology to meet their objectives.
  • Document and track client interactions, issues, and resolutions, ensuring clear communication and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Ensure prompt response to client inquiries and serve as an advocate for their needs within MOVEO AI.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to manage client relationships and provide proactive customer support.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail in tracking and resolving account issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Portuguese and English.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with international teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Passion for technology, AI, and automation-driven customer solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required). He/She can also be a student (preferably at the final year of studies or Masters)
