About the position:

We are looking for a Junior KOL Management Analyst who will be responsible for driving the success of the content creators, organic program, managing small and mid-creators and assuring that they will be engaged with New Games.

Responsibilities:

• Influencer Relationship Management: manage and improve the official relationship between the company and small and mid-game content creators in Brazil, providing support and relevant information for their development.
• Influencer Organic Program Management: responsible for the operation of the organic program and its health, such as seeding codes and items, weekly content tracking, adding new channels and removing churned channels, and supporting the growth of low-tier influencers focused on content production.
• Mapping and Acquisition: Map and reach out to potential small and mid influencers for the organic program. Create communications for influencer acquisition and reactivation.
• Reporting: regularly track and analyze metrics such as creators’ monthly views and missions delivered and identify areas for improvement.
• Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from influencers regarding the game, updates and news. Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and campaign results to stakeholders and team members through verbal and written reports.
• Industry Benchmarking and Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with gaming industry trends, popular games and emerging influencers to identify collaboration opportunities.

Main job requirements:

• Completed bachelor degree;
• Experience working with influencers, marketing or community management. Recent activity in the gaming market;
• Specific tool skills: analytics tools and programming, Office Suite and social listening tools;
• Availability to travel;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Full professional competency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English;
• Passionate about the gaming universe;
• Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP.
