ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an experienced Labor Management Manager to join our team in Brazil. As Labor Management Manager you will take full accountability for managing end-to-end business needs such as labor demand, recruitment, management, and termination in the performance region, including establishing and optimizing labor cost models, managing supplier data, and coordinating with the company’s employment system regarding the ECO process.
Responsibilities
Fully responsible for the end-to-end business demands such as labor demand, recruitment, management, and elimination in this performance region, mainly including:
- The end-to-end system/cost/accounting/statistics/etc. for undertaking employment in this region mainly includes:
- Establish and optimize a continuous analysis and optimization of the labor cost model;
- Supplier data management (labor data verification, data visualization, product requirement docking, etc.);
- ECO related docking of the company’s employment system
Qualifications
- Education and major: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Work experience: Over 8 years
- Knowledge and skills: supplier management, human resources related knowledge
- Industry understanding: Understand the market/industry dynamics and trends in the professional field, adjust strategies in a timely manner, and effectively meet business development needs;
- Drive execution: Able to effectively set standards based on work objectives, continuously track and adjust, and ensure implementation; Iterative innovation: constantly seeking opportunities for work breakthroughs, implementing new methods or technologies;
- Collaborative win-win: Based on the perspective of team win-win, it can promote consensus among all parties and actively contribute to improve collaboration efficiency;
- English proficiency: English can be used as a working language
- Business scope: South America fulfillment regions
- Management scope: Employment support, employment implementation team
