Logistics Analyst – Osasco

Job Description
Danfoss is looking for a passionate and highly motivated logistics analyst for our plant in Osasco/SP, who will support the regional logistics team in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Colombia. Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Analyze existing logistics processes in the region to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Propose innovative strategies and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations at the regional level.
• Propose tools and new technologies that can optimize logistics processes.
• Support and lead logistics improvement projects
• Work closely with regional teams to ensure that proposals for improvement are aligned with local needs and implemented effectively.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of implemented improvements.
• Train staff in new practices to ensure a smooth transition to improved processes.
• Support monthly performance review meetings, analyze deviations, and establish action plans.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities within the logistics chain.

The Ideal Candidate Possesses These Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Logistics department of multinational industries or companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, International Business.
• SAP (deseable).
• One Source Global Trade (OSGT) (deseable).
• Intermidate in Spanish (mandatory).
• Advanced in English (mandatory).
• Service mindset, good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of international trade.
• Knowledge in Power BI (desirable)
• Knowledge in MS Sharepoint – Desirable
• Ability to analyze data and generate accurate reports on project performance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with multicultural teams.
