Media Buyer – São Paulo

bwise Media is a global digital media agency specializing in the monetization of sports websites and apps. As a leader in the industry, we are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our talented team. Our company specializes in managing advertising sales to sports betting operators and works with the biggest and most popular sports portals worldwide.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to help us expand our partnerships in Brazil and the LATAM region. As a media buyer, you will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and optimizing media buys to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

Responsibilities

• Find new partners to connect and negotiate with, as well as maintain existing network
• Develop and execute digital media buying strategies for sports betting campaigns
• Identify, negotiate, and secure media placements across various channels (display, social media, DOOH, mobile, etc.)
• Be the link between our sales team and publishers
• Analyse campaign performance and adjust media buys to optimize results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging media buying opportunities
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure campaign goals are met

Requirements

• Proven perennial experience as a media buyer, especially in digital advertising, ideally within the iGaming industry
• In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian and LATAM media landscape
• Experience with media buying platforms and tools
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as an open mindset
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%) to meet existing and connect with new potential partners
• Exisiting network of relevant digital publishers in Brazil and LATAM is a plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, business fluent in English is a must
• Ideally São Paolo based
