Degree in Psychology and/or Human Resources related field.
Seniority:
Mid-level, 5-10 years of experience
Hard skills:
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Advanced level in Spanish (desirable)

• Adaptability and flexibility to work within a changing enviroment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Great attitude and leadership skills to develop strong and positive working relationships.
IT tools:
• Excel – advanced level.
• Power Point – advanced level.
• Experience with Workday would be a plus.
Available for business trips.
ACTIVITIES:
The HR Manager will deal with the following activities:
• Responsible for managing all HR subsystems interfacing with Headquarters.
• Responsible for implementing and monitor the adherence of employees to processes, policies and procedures.
• Responsible for managing the performance evaluation process
• Monitor and contribute to compensation plan, head count and staff cost.
• Monitor and contribute to negotiations with the Union.
• Manage training and development actions.
• Conduct all recruiting process, from Attraction to Hiring/On boarding.
• Implement and monitor ESG policies and procedures.
