Internship Description
Work Schedule: 30 hours per week – 10:00h – 17:00h BRT
Location: Sao Paulo, SP (Brazil) – Hybrid / Remote
As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating healthcare marketing project management activities across various teams, ensuring the understanding and mitigation of risks. Collaborating with Project Management and Client Services leads, you will support client business objectives, demonstrate proficiency in managing project budgets, and maintain a keen understanding of project scope. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you will manage workflow, tasks, and schedules, ensuring the team is aware of key milestones.
Minimum qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Project Management or Related fields
- Professional proficiency in English for direct communication to the Project Management team based in North America
- Business and financial acumen
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and technologies such as Microsoft Projects, Smartsheets, TFS, Jira, and financial processing/tools
- You’re not simply talented, but also optimistic, driven, empathetic, trustworthy, and kind
