Job Summary

The main objectives are implementing projects related to resource optimization, ensuring the sustainability of the future process, and seeking to complete implementations on time and savings compromised.

Job Responsibilities

• Train planner into the optimization tool, ensuring understanding the process and all task involved.
• Analyze flight schedule information and planning demand to align with the local reality, raising to the planning and operational manager each deviation found and be proactive to search and align a solution.
• Support roster planner into the monthly optimization process, helping on doubts and issues raised.
• Ensure the correct parameterize of systems and the process is running according with benchmark.
• Meet with the operational area to ensure consensus on shift planning and task assignment according to the staff training profile.
• Generate analysis of overtime, operational problems and training profiles necessary to optimally cover demand.
• Coordinate tasks needed to ensure optimization systems are connected correctly with HR systems.
• Control and analyze indicators related to productivity, overtime and undercoverage.
• Raise implementation and sustainability process risk, providing possibles solutions.
• Present progress, pending issues and next steps of the implementations in charge.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Advanced English
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving
• Ability to perform analysis in a holistic manner
• Advanced in Excel
• Knowledge in assigning shifts to operational personnel
• Experience in the airline industry is a plus
