This role is designed to fast track you to an Account Executive role with a salary plus uncapped commissions!

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Participate in the industry’s most complete and engaging Sales development and readiness program that will ultimately teach and develop the necessary sales skills to effectively execute end-to- end sales opportunities.
  • Learn essential sales skills, the customer experience, our innovative products and services, relationship and team building, CRM strategies, and our sales methodology that has led us to be an undisputed leader in the core markets we serve.
  • Plan client entertainment and thought leadership events in collaboration with the Growth Marketing team, coordinating all logistics and marketing promotion.
  • Understand requirements for each event, manage event budgets, book event venues and third-party vendors, and handle on site event operations
  • Work closely with the Global Growth Marketing team to ensure events align with regional marketing goals and follow marketing production processes.
  • Provide Sales Managers and Account Executives with administrative support to achieve sales targets
  • Assist with CRM data management
  • Coordinate with Legal contract proposals, extensions, and amendments creation and processing
  • Coordinate resolution of credits and billing issues with Finance
  • Interact with contacts and information of a sensitive, complex, and sometimes confidential nature both inside and outside of the company, requiring exceptional judgment and discretion.
  • Learn hands on our internal processes, systems, tools, and best practices to support the sales team in both business development and customer support capacities.

What You Will Bring:

  • Majored in Finance, Business Administration, or Sales.
  • 1 – 2 years of related work experience in a corporate setting. Ideally in any direct sales or retail sales experience.
  • Proficiency or Advanced in English and Portuguese.
  • Driven to build a career in sales.
  • Competitive with an innate hunger to succeed.
  • Strong communicator. Ability to clearly and concisely communicate new ideas and concepts.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships with people.
  • Results and goal oriented.
  • Equally comfortable working in a team environment or independently.
  • Always maintains a highly positive attitude. Perseveres when times get challenging.
  • Quick study and demonstrates a willingness to learn from others.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in planning or producing events, including venue research, budget management, and handling on site operations.
