What´s the role?

As a Sales Solutions Consultant Retention, you will play a key role in driving customer loyalty and revenue growth by proactively engaging with small and medium businesses, large corporations, and government entities. Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless contract renewals, strengthen customer relationships, and find opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and sales managers to implement retention strategies and deliver tailored solutions that align with the customer’s business needs. Sales to existing customers by delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations (Direct B2B Sales. Presales engineers mainly focus on revenue retention. This role requires a proactive, customer-centric mentality and strong integration with the sales organization to ensure seamless customer experience.

 

How can you add value?

  • The sales position monitors expiring customer contracts and supports the account manager to proactively retain revenue. May identify, qualify, and generate sales leads for the sellers they support within a sales team.
  • Engages with Sales Managers to ensure vendor collaboration is taking place for simple renewal efforts.
  • Provide critical sales insights, support lead generation efforts, and share customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Partner with regional account managers, field sellers, and channel managers to ensure a cohesive approach to customer retention and acquisition.

  • Engage directly with customers via in-person meetings, virtual consultations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve retention and growth objectives.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to forecast trends, identify risks, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare detailed sales documentation, including proposals, activity reports, and forecasts.
  • Track and report on retention metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with design, engineering, and vendor partners to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Ensure alignment with all partners for simple and complex contract renewals.
  • Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America’s policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.

What do you need?

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
2 – 5 years of experience in sales roles

Other Qualifications:
Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
