Senior IT Business Analyst – Vitoriana

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in a global payroll program to support the rollout of payroll across New Zealand and Australia.

About The Role

As a Senior IT BA (Payroll), you will play a critical role in driving the success of this payroll transformation program. You’ll be a decision-maker, ensuring the seamless delivery of payroll solutions while working closely with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the capture and documentation of requirements, scope, and business processes.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews across all levels of the business.
• Support the development of test scripts and end-to-end testing to ensure the system meets business needs.
• Develop handover and transition documentation, including process guidelines, training materials, and procedural documentation.
• Work closely with portfolio and project managers to identify, report, and resolve risks and issues.
• Collaborate with solution and technical architects during the requirements gathering and solution design phases.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in payroll project implementation as Senior Business Analyst or in similar role.
• Strong experience in eliciting requirements, managing documentation, and overseeing the testing process.
• Experience with Ramco payroll solutions is highly regarded.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable leading workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Experience as a Product Owner is a plus.
